Terms of Service

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to use the Service. You may hold only one account. Accounts are personal to you and may not be sold, shared, or transferred.

2. Points have no cash value

Points are a virtual, promotional reward balance. They are not money, have no cash value, and cannot be withdrawn as cash. Points can only be exchanged for the rewards we make available in the catalog, subject to availability. Where a conversion rate is shown (for example, 1,000 points equal $1.00), it applies solely to redeeming points for listed rewards and does not make points redeemable for cash.

We may adjust reward pricing, availability, conversion rates, and the points required for any reward at any time.

3. Earning points and offer walls

You can earn points by completing offers, surveys, and other activities, many of which are operated by third-party providers (such as Lootably and CPX Research). Those providers decide whether an activity has been completed and report it to us. We credit points based on that reporting and are not responsible for a provider that fails to track, credit, or report a completion.

Offer providers may reverse a completion (for example, after a fraud review or chargeback). When that happens we may deduct the corresponding points, and any referral bonus paid on them, from your balance, which can result in a negative balance.

4. Referrals

You may earn a percentage of the points genuinely earned by users you refer, as described in the Service. Referral abuse — including referring yourself, creating additional accounts, or using incentivized or fake sign-ups — is prohibited and will result in forfeiture of bonuses and possible account termination.

5. Redeeming rewards

Redemptions are subject to available stock and to verification. Some rewards deliver instantly; others are fulfilled from a queue or ordered from a third-party provider. You are responsible for the accuracy of any details you provide for delivery (for example, an email address or a Discord invite). If a reward cannot be fulfilled, we may return the points to your balance.

6. Prohibited conduct

You agree not to:

• Create more than one account or use another person’s account.
• Use bots, scripts, emulators, or automated methods to earn points.
• Falsify completions, use VPNs or proxies to misrepresent your location, or otherwise defraud us or our offer providers.
• Exploit bugs, or manipulate points, levels, referrals, or redemptions.
• Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service.

7. Suspension and forfeiture

We may suspend or terminate your account, withhold or reverse points, and refuse or cancel redemptions if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in fraud or abuse. Points associated with a suspended or terminated account may be forfeited.

8. Third-party services

The Service integrates with third parties, including offer providers, fulfillment providers such as Boosts.to, Discord, and security and analytics tools. Your use of those services may be governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party services.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that offers, rewards, or the Service will always be available, accurate, or error-free.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, rewrrd and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of points, rewards, data, or profits, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of the cash value of rewards you actually redeemed in the 90 days before the claim, or USD $50.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
